Return rules differ by channel
eBay
Your listings say No returns accepted — but that only covers change-of-mind. An item not as described case is accepted regardless, and you have 3 business days to respond before it escalates.
Walmart
A 30-day return window is mandatory and cannot be switched off. Walmart issues the return label itself, and the refund settles automatically once the parcel is scanned back in — there is nothing for you to approve.
A refunded unit returns to Inventory as stock, not to Collection. Damaged returns have to be written off by hand.
